Your alarm monitoring station will contact the Reliance 24 hour communications centre who will then contact us and the Patrol Net Officer. We will undertake an external inspection of your home to detect any signs of intrusion. If non are present we will de-activate and reset your alarm. Should the worst have happened and we need to call contact the police we will do so then inform you immediately. We can also call out contractors to secure the property.
